Job Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help grow and sustain our participant community by building awareness, strengthening relationships, and sharing the value of our services across the community. You’ll connect with referral sources, partners, and the public — inspiring trust, engagement, and commitment to our mission.
This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, confident, and motivated by results. You’ll balance creativity with strategy, working closely with others to drive enrollment growth while maintaining strong relationships and brand presence.
Annual Salary:
$53,000 Annually
Schedule:
First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruit and retain Participants by promoting program services throughout the community.
- Develop and carry out marketing strategies aligned with program goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with providers, referral sources, and community partners.
- Support advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, newsletters, and informational resources.
- Plan and support events, presentations, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate media contacts and assist with news releases.
- Monitor marketing activities to ensure alignment with guidelines and standards.
- Track data, maintain reports, and support planning efforts.
- Manage marketing activities within an approved budget.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Professional experience in marketing, outreach, or public relations.
- Experience creating and sharing information through print, digital, or in-person channels.
- Experience working with older adults is a plus, but training is available.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, and use hands as needed.
- Able to work under moderate pressure and meet deadlines.
- May involve travel, events, and community engagement activities.
