Job Summary
As an Activities Coordinator, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and warmth to every day. You’ll plan and lead programs that keep seniors active, engaged, and connected — from music and games to crafts and group outings. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, inspiring participation, and helping others feel seen and valued.
You’ll work closely with a supportive care team in a collaborative, upbeat environment where laughter, compassion, and teamwork come first.
Hourly Wage:
$15.50 /hr. to start - $16.50 /hr. after 90 Days
Schedule:
First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan and lead engaging activities that support physical, mental, and social well-being — including exercise, games, crafts, music, and special events
Encourage Participants to join in activities suited to their interests and abilities
Help Participants build connections and find joy in daily routines
Create monthly activity schedules and maintain documentation in Participant charts
Work with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to support each Participant’s care plan
Observe and share updates on Participant needs or preferences with the care team
Assist in preparing the annual activities budget and managing supplies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training
Other duties as assigned

CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire — we’ll provide the training!)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
One year of experience in human services or working with the frail or elderly population preferred — or willingness to complete company-paid training
Requirements:
Requires valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 25 pounds
Must be able to assist with Participant evacuations when necessary
