Schedule:
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely part of the week, while collaborating in-person with our team on-site. Standard operating hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday. Specific work hours will be established through discussions with your supervisor.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the ongoing recruitment of participants into the program and the growth and maintenance of an optimal enrollee census. Responsible for all public awareness efforts of the program, including leading and managing marketing and media related campaigns of services to providers, referral sources, and the community at large, including execution of business development, public and community relations efforts both locally and statewide. Responsible for oversight of daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing/overseeing actionable strategies based on those metrics to promote growth of the mission of One Senior Care.
