Job Summary:
At LIFE-NWPA, our Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) works under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist to perform and develop interventions that aid in improving participants skills of daily living. The COTA will also provide services to promote, maintain, and/or restore mobility and functional independence. Must be willing to work in a variety of settings, including the LIFE-NWPA Crawford Center and in Participant homes, skilled nursing facilities and/or hospitals across the Crawford County area.
Schedule:
Standard operating hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday. Specific work hours will be established through discussions with your supervisor.
Hourly Wage:
$25.00 /hr. to start - $26.00 after 90 days

Patient Care Providers Only: Incumbent must be trained to provide assessment, treatment, or care for patients of all ages with additional education focused on treatment and care of adult and geriatric patients.
